Bookings are held for 5 minutes grace period , your booking will be released after and sessions will be forfeited .
No-Shows and bookings cancelled for more than 3 times will disable you to book with us during for 2 weeks blocked period.
You will be able to re-book but will be at the bottom of our waitlist.
We understand that plans may change but we would also like to be fair to our fellow PLAYtopians who would commit to the play spots. #conciouscommunity
